Race Day Schedule

05:30 AM - Same-day packet pickup starts @ FLCC Ewing Atrium
06:45 AM - Packet pickup and check-in closes (all drop bags should be in by now)
07:00 AM - 50 mile regular start
09:00 AM - Shuttle for 50 km leaves finish area
10:00 AM - 50 km start
02:30 PM - Post-race meal opens @ Atrium
08:00 PM - finish closes

CanLake Ultras can't run without the dedicated support of volunteers. We would like to reward this with some special giveaways:

• All volunteers will receive a race shirt and post-race meal.
• Aid Station Captains and some other key positions will also receive free entry to one of FarFetched Enterprises upcoming events.
• Any non-profit organization volunteering as a group will receive a portion of the race revenue, to be determined after the event.

We have relaxed deadlines and removed all fees associated with participant transfers, distance switching, deferrals, and refunds.

Participant transfers will be allowed through October 7, 2027. There is no fee for either person.
Distance switching will be allowed through October 7, 2027. There is no fee.
Deferrals to next year's event will be allowed through September 18, 2027. There is no fee for deferrals.
Refunds will be available through September 4, 2027. Refunds will include 100% of the registration fee, but will not include RunSignup fees.

We reserve the right to cancel any event with low registration. If that happens, we will provide a full refund or credit to another event.
